The passing of Eoin French, the creative force behind Talos has been announced following a short illness. The Cork musician was aged just 37. From his early work with Hush War Cry through to his Choice Music Prize nominated work as Talos, Eoin blossomed into one of the best songwriters in Ireland and will be sadly missed by fans around the world and at home in Ireland.
According to a statement released on Talos’ social channel: “Eoin passed peacefully in his sleep on the morning of Sunday Aug 11 2024 in his native Cork, surrounded by his loved ones.”
