The National have chosen St. Valentine’s Day to drop the video for I Need My Girl the latest single to be taken from their wonderful album ‘Trouble Will Find Me’. As you’d expect the video is suitably mushy to coincide with the time of year. 

Directed by Sophia Peer (Paramore, Yeasayer) the simple black and white video suits the tone of the song perfectly. This is Peer’s third video for The National having previously directed Sea Of Love and Graceless for the alt rockers.
