Moving on up in the world, The Staves are proving rather popular with each visit and with their last headline show in The Academy 2 all but selling out and some very happy punters raving about it after, they are moving up to a biggest venue for their next visit. Only right too considering recent support slots with James Vincent McMorrow and Michael Kiwanuka have yielded a growth in the fan base.
They are preparing the final touches on their debut album which is the follow up to the ‘Mexico EP’ and is expected to be released in April/May roughly. So they come to Ireland to celebrate that release.
The Staves will play The Sugar Club on April 24th 2012 with tickets for the show costing €13 inclusive of booking fee. Tickets are on sale now and can be procured from Ticketmaster.ie and outlets nationwide.
