Snow Patrol & Jason Derulo to play free EMA event

Snow Patrol and Jason Derulo will be hosting a free MTV EMA event on the same date at the MTV EMAs 2011.

It’s going to be a simultaneous gig alongside the awards and will be beamed into the event where the likes of Coldplay, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Jessie J will be playing.

The gig will be at Belfast’s City Hall on Sunday 6th November. Tickets are free from Belfast Welcome Centre from 8am on Sunday 16th October. Apparently it will be a 15,000 strong audience so pretty good chances of getting tickets.

You can expect an airing of Snow Patrols sixth album and US rock trio Boyce Avenue are set to open the event which will take place from 6pm to 9.30pm with doors open at 5pm.
