The singer songwriter genius of three including Paul Noonan, Liam Ó Maonlaí and Jamie Lawson are confirmed to sing 25 Songs for 25 Years at Set Theatre in Kilkenny on April 25th.
It’s twenty five years now of Chernobyl Children International of whom Adi Roche who is the founder and the night will give a unique 25 songs, one for every year celebrating the good work done helping those affected by Chernobyl.
It takes place in The Set Theatre in Kilkenny on April 25th 2011 and tickets for the event are €25 and are available from Rollercoaster Records in Kilkenny or from www.set.ie for online bookings.
The funds raised will go towards the running of a summer camp in Belarus in August. The camp takes children out of an orphanage for 3 weeks on rest and recuperation. These children are either too ill or too institutionalised to travel abroad for Rest & Recuperation so this in-country programme is an alternative route the project takes to help the lives of these children.
