With the time of year being what it is, there’s no better time to write and record a Christmas song – and Owensie has done just that.
With 2012 having seen success for the Dublin musician in the form of his newly released ‘Citizens’ LP, Owensie has ended his year by writing and recording his very own Christmas tune The Old Breadline. And in the spirit of the season, all proceeds are going to St. Gabriel’s School and Centre in Limerick. Proceeds go towards the upkeep of St. Gabriel’s hydrotherapy pool – a pool designed specifically to treat those with multiple physical disabilities.
