Alternative Country has apparently found a new star as this multi nation singer songwriter (apparently she’s Mexican,Irish and Canadian) Lindi Ortega is now readying her first official release for the UK and Ireland in September.
The release is ‘Little Red Boots’ is a 12 track album which stars a cast of talented session musicians from guitarist Kevin Breit who played with Norah Jones to bassist Dave Piltch who played with KD Lang and the album is produced by Ron Lopata and mixed by Darryl Nuerdorf.
The gig is upstairs in Whelan’s on Friday 14th October 2011 and tickets for the show will cost €14 inclusive of booking gee and tickets go on sale Friday August 5th 2011 and tickets are available from Ticketmaster.ie and outlets nationwide.
