Some acts start on Myspace, or Facebook and build a following by putting their music out there. Aly Spaltro started in a DVD rental offering her CD’s for free on the counter where people dropped back their recently watched movies.
Quickly she became a sensation in and around Portland who took to her indie-folk style. That was nearly 6 years ago and now eight albums/EPs to her name she drops into Ireland for a headline show in The Sugar Club.
