The Jedward Mania continue’s to absolutely impress me as i really did think that they would have their time in the sun but it would quickly fold as fame can be a cruel and temporary mistress, but it seems these two lads enthusiasm to be heard and seen and promote themselves unshamelessly with anything which comes up is actually paying off as they have to add even MORE dates to the August tour.
In April they sold out 27 dates around Ireland, they are back in August for even more, with 4th August, Vicar Street and 6th August Drogheda both now sold out, and ticket sales for the rest reported to be going quite well, they have added another 2 dates which are August 5th and 7th in Vicar Street and TLT Theatre, Drogheda respectively.
Below is the current lineup of dates for the Grimes twins. Half tempted to go along and see the show myself to see if it really is a spectacle worth seeing. Tickets for the new dates are on sale this Thursday at 9am.
