I was actually only thinking the other day that with the depth and breath of events taking place in the space of a few hours across the entire island of Ireland that wouldn’t it be extremely handy to have an app for your phone for Arthur’s Day that listed out everything, where and when and gave you information on all the bands it was possible to see.
Well I’ll be wearing a Tinfoil hat from now on (Get out of my head Diageo) because they have announced that they will be releasing an app that will feature some hot functions for Arthurs day including a Countdown clock for the toasting Arthur obsessed, Geo located photo based toasts, a handy friend finger and more.

The Arthur’s Day app is available to download free of charge from the Apple App Store for iPhones.
Over 70 amazing artists have now been announced as part of the Arthur’s Day celebrations with music events taking place in Dublin, Cork and Galway as well as other festivities happening in pubs throughout the rest of the country on Thursday, 23rd September.
Arthur’s Day is a strictly over 18s event.
