“It’s OK To Be Normal” is the new single from Dublin-based five-piece The Gorgeous Colours. The band will be celebrating their latest single release with a gig in The Workman’s Club, Dublin on Thursday May 12th. The Gorgeous Colours EP ‘The Creatures Down Below EP’ was funded by fans through an online pledge campaign which seems to be a popular method of acquiring finance for recording these days.
“It’s OK To Be Normal” will be launched in The Workman’s Club in Dublin on Thursday May 12th with support from the Cork seven-piece Slow Motion Heroes. The single will be a free download from the bands Bandcamp page from midnight on May 12.
Admission will be €10 (€8 students)
The Gorgeous Colours’ critically-acclaimed The Creatures Down Below EP was funded by fans through an online pledge campaign, and the video for the title track won the Viewer’s Choice Award for best video at the 2010 IMTV awards.
