The Gathering Festival (not to be mistaken with The Gathering Traditional Festival in Killarney) is returning again this year after a hugely successful inaugural year where they had The Magic Numbers, The View, Mundy, Duke Special and more.
This year it returns for it’s day long festival format on April 28th 2011 in NUI Maynooth. The lineup features The Coronas, Mr Hudson Soundsystem, The Saw Doctors, Rubberbandits, Ryan Sheridan, The Minutes and Futures Apart.
More acts will be announced leading up to the day. It’s a boutique festival meaning you’ll also get a comedy tent, amusements, oxygen bars, tattoo parlours and more. This is one of the only student festivals which is open to the public.
