The Frames are to continue their celebration of 20 years as a band which spans 3 decades with a summer show down in Cork.
They have announced today they will play down at Live at the Marquee on Saturday 11th June. Tickets for the show go on sale Thursday February 3rd and tickets cost €35. This is in addition to the previously announced gig where they will play the album ‘For The Birds’ in it’s entirety. That gig is in Dublin so both side of the country getting a good serving of The Frames.
The band released their 6th studio album, The Cost, in Ireland on their own Plateau label in Ireland September 2006, All of The Frames’ albums to date have achieved Double Platinum sales status in Ireland (with the band’s live album, Set List, and For The Birds selling well in excess of Quadruple Platinum!)
