The FMC have today announced the six bands who will each open up the night for the forthcoming tour and give themselves a great chance to showcase themselves to fans of similar music when the FMC Tour rolls around Ireland.
The FMC Tour will see Adebisi Shank, O Emperor and Heathers all performing across two weekends in June. First Music Contact, with funding from The Arts Council’s Touring and Dissemination of Work Scheme, will tour three of Ireland’s finest talents around the country in an effort to enable Irish audiences to have access to Irish headline acts for a reasonable price.
Carried By Waves will open the Cork gig, Dead Red Light Will open up the Limerick date, Eaten By Bears will be your first port of call in Galway while Norabelle will get you going in Dundalk. Classy Owensie will make Kilkenny his own whilst finally in Dublin The Crayon Set will be drawing smiley faces on you as your night kicks off there.
