From a support slot touring with The Hives, American band FIDLAR have announced that they will be playing a headline gig in the Academy2 on Friday February 22nd 2013 to celebrate the release of their self-titled debut album, which will be available to purchase here on February 1st. The band have seen a lot of attention in the run up to this release from various blogging sites. The interest shows no sign of slowing, with a sneak peek from the forthcoming album – the track White on White – generating huge interest online after being posted on the band’s Tumblr page.
Tickets go on sale this Friday December 14th, at a price of €14 (inc. booking fee). Tickets available to purchase from ticketmaster.ie, and from all usual ticketmaster outlets.
