Instalment Plan Tickets

Instalment plans are available online for weekend camping tickets to any customer wishing to take advantage of a payment plan.

Tickets Purchased On Instalment Plan Between 9th September 2016 – 16th October 2016
Your initial deposit and service charge will be charged upon purchase. Your 2nd payment/instalment will be made on or around Tuesday 1st November 2016 and your 3rd and final payment/instalment will be processed on or around Thursday 1^st December 2016.

Please note the payments details here are non-refundable. Should you fail to make the 3 payments successfully or decide you no longer wish to go to Electric Picnic you will not be entitled to a refund of sums that have been paid.

Weekend Camping Tickets

Weekend tickets allow entry to the campsites from  Friday 1st September 2017 until Monday 4th September 2017 and access to the arena throughout the weekend. Weekend tickets are allowed unlimited re-entry to and from the festival site once the ticket is exchanged for a wristband. Under 12s must be accompanied by adults in the arena and campsites. All weekend tickets include camping, there are no weekend tickets without camping available. Your weekend camping tickets allows you to camp in any of the general campsites, there is no assigned camping.

Family Weekend Camping Tickets (SOLD OUT)

Family weekend tickets permit access into the designated Family Campsite. This ticket allows entry for one adult and up to two children under the age of 12. Children aged 12 years and under must be pre-registered prior to the event. There is parking within close proximity to the tents and the area is exclusively for families so no need to worry about rowdiness from revellers or late night noise.?

Those wishing to stay in the Family Campsite must be accompanied by children 12 years or younger. No single or groups of adults without children will be admitted entry. The Family campsites are restricted in space and therefore must be reserved solely for families with children. Extended family and relatives with no children must camp in general campsites.Please note that ID checks will be in place at the festival, if you feel your child looks older than 12 please bring ID to back this up (photocopies will suffice).

Early Entry Passes

Early Entry passes are only valid with a Weekend Camping Ticket. They allow access into the camspite from 4pm Thursday, 31st August 2017 for those wishing to set up camp early. They are not valid with Family Weekend Camping Tickets as this campsite does not open until Friday, 1st September 2017.

You will not be admitted entry to the general campsites on Thursday, 31st August 2017 if you do not have an Early Entry Pass and a Weekend Camping Ticket.

Campervan and Caravan Tickets (SOLD OUT)

All customers will be sent a sticker to go on their windscreen and will be unable to gain admittance without this sticker, a booking confirmation page is not enough to gain entry. All campervan occupants must have weekend camping tickets to gain access the campervan area. Please note for campervan/caravan passes the purchaser will be required to bring the original proof of purchase to site along with their pass.  This is to prevent touting of campervan passes.

Due to a number of campervan/caravan passes going missing in the past, we will now be charging €12.50 extra for a secure delivery method to ensure tickets are delivered to the original purchaser.

Please ensure you select the correct ticket for the type of vehicle you will be bringing into the festival site: the options are campervan or caravan + car. These tickets are not interchangeable on site.

Separate fields for ticket holders to park campervans and caravans are provided within the festival site.

These fields are split into two sections –

Family Campervan/Caravan + Car (SOLD OUT) only available with family camping tickets and you must specify this when buying your family campervan ticket so that the correct routing sticker can be sent to you.

Standard Campervan/Caravan + Car (SOLD OUT) only available with standard weekend tickets and you must specify this when buying your campervan tickets so that the correct routing stickers can be sent to you.

Phone and Internet bookings are subject to 12.5% service charge per ticket (Max €6.10)

Loyalty Ticket Offer (SOLD OUT)

THE ELECTRIC PICNIC 2017 LOYALTY SCHEME TICKETS ARE NOW SOLD OUT

To be eligible for a discount, you will need to prove you’ve been before and in return you’ll get the discount code. The full discount is available to customers who have attended any 3 previous Picnics. If you have attended any 2 or less Picnics only one type of proof mentioned below will be required should you wish to request a code.

For those who have purchased from Ticketmaster online in the past, and who opted in to future mailing you should receive a code direct from Ticketmaster. For everyone else or if you don’t automatically receive a discount code, the below types of proof or any combination from different years of proofs of purchase and/or attendance will be required.

• Bank statement showing debit for ticket (Security details etc. can be blanked out so just the name/address and Electric Picnic purchase show).
• Photos of customer on site which indicate different year e.g. if two photos then they should have changed slightly in appearance, hair style, age and so forth.
• Screen shots of Facebook or other social media showing messages or pictures supporting the claim and indicating the year. Please ensure the images are public so we can view them.
• Wristbands, ticket stubs, official merchandise or programmes from different years (must also show customer holding or wearing them and customers face must be visible to identify – random pictures of wristbands etc will not be accepted) .
• Travel or local (to festival) accommodation receipt (dated).

Customers wishing to purchase from Ticketmaster outlets should bring along any of the above 3 forms of proof in order to avail of the discount.

How To Submit Your Code Request

Tickets for this offer are limited to 2 per person, per transaction, per household, per credit card. Bookings over the limit will be cancelled. Weekend Camping at the standard early bird price have a ticket limit of 4.

Please note that tickets are subject to availability. Please allow 5 working days to process codes. The loyalty scheme (and use of discount codes) will end at 5pm Monday, 31st October 2016, or in the event of a sell-out of the allocation, whichever comes first. Loyalty tickets for Electric Picnic 2017 are now SOLD OUT. A discount code or request for a discount code does not guarantee a ticket purchase and tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis. Requests for codes are dealt with on a first come first serve basis and requests without obvious proof may take longer to research, process and return codes. We cannot guarantee to supply a discount code requested after 5pm Thursday, 27^th October 2016. The number of available discounted tickets are limited and receipt of a discount code does not guarantee a purchase of a ticket(s). Tickets may sell out before the stated deadlines.

Fraud Prevention, Ticket Scams and Unauthorised Agents

Wristbands

• The wristband tents are located just inside each campsite gate so you need to swap your ticket for a wristband before you enter the campsite and pitch your tent.
• Re-admittance to the site is only possible once you have got your wristband. Entrance to the arena is only possible with a valid wristband. There is no readmission on day tickets.
• Wristbands removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced.
• To avoid any disappointment we advise all ticket holders to leave plenty of time to get their wristband and allow time to walk to the arena and the stages to avoid missing any of your chosen acts.
• We advise all day ticket purchasers to arrive early to avoid missing any of their chosen acts and to leave ample time to get from the day arena entrance to the stages.
