Improvised Music are bringing Chris ‘Daddy’ Dave & The Drumhedz to Dublin for a headline date.
Described as one of the most revered and unique drummers alive, fans of percussion will be treated to an incredible show. Chris Dave has played with and recorded with some of the music’s biggest acts like Adele, D’Angelo, Beyoncé, Kenny Garrett, Pat Metheny, Donald Brown, MF Doom, Bilal, Lupe Fiasco, Sonny Rollins, the Robert Glasper Experiment, TLC, Mos Def, Erykah Badu, Talib Kweli, Jill Scott and A Tribe Called Quest.
The lineup for this gigs show will include Grammy Award winning sax player Kebbi Williams, Bass player Pino Palladino – a legend by any standards. Current bassist with The Who and has worked with D’Angelo, Chaka Chan, D’Angelo etc, and Isaiah Sharkey on guitar – a versatile and extremely talented player who just recently turned all of 24 years old.
