Nothing cheerier than a bit of death-blues punk, even the name rings joy and fun. Well Wet Nuns have been named in NME’s ‘Bands To Watch 2012’ and as such their first appearance in Ireland should be noted if you like catching bands in small venues before the go big.
Wet Nuns have announced they will be in Ireland for their first Irish show in The Academy 2 on Wednesday 4th April 2012. Tickets for the show are €13 inclusive of booking fee and are on sale right now.
If you’re not sure if a Wet Nuns gig is for you, their live act is described as a hell bent explosion of songs about “Women, Death and Beer”. Three things every good man can’t live without.
