We’re delighted to present the debut single from turbo/astro folk act TVJOY The Candles All Burn Out.

TVJOY is Warrenpoint, Co. Down’s very own Decky McKay. Now residing in Glasgow, McKay is no stranger to the music scene but this is his first solo foray and coincides with his first ever Irish & UK tour kicking off in Tullamore tomorrow, April 1st. McKay will join Dublin singer-songwriter Emma O’Reilly on a ten tour date, taking in shows in Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland and one in Newcastle.

As for The Candles All Burn Out, it’s a dark and broody offering both sonically and visually and is brimming with potential. The video, which was filmed and edited by TVJOY, brings the dark subject matter of the song to life and is a superb accompaniment to an accomplished debut.
