New Jersey rockers, The Gaslight Anthem have just confirmed their long-awaited return to Irish shores in the form of a headline show at Dublin’s Olympia Theatre on June 17th 2013. It’ll be well over two and a half years since the four-piece last came to Dublin. An inexplicably lengthy absence, the result of which will be an undoubtedly unforgettable show next year.
The announcement comes at the end of what has been an extremely successful year for the band. After a brief hiatus as lead singer Brian Fallon took on a side project by the name of The Horrible Crowes they returned earlier this year with the critically acclaimed Handwritten and have been touring extensively ever since.
Tickets are priced at €27.90 and go on sale this Friday, the 14th of December at 9am.
