Polly Barrett to release debut album and tour Ireland

Polly Barrett, a former busker from Cork is kicking her music career into gear. Her song ‘Mr. Bookshop’ was chosen by Music Week to include on their ‘Sounds of 2011’ CD which will feature on the cover of the September 16th edition alongside a feature on the Irish Music Industry.

Her debut album which also is entitled ‘Mr. Bookshop’ will be released on 28th October 2011. She is heading out on tour and hitting plenty of parts of Ireland including De Barras in Cork to open the tour. Whelans in Dublin two weeks later and tipping into Limerick, Clonmel, Galway and Slane along the way.
