Having been part of one of those reunions that everyone wanted to see when he joined long time friend Carl Barat and cleared the air for a Libertines reunion during 2010, Pete Doherty is looking now to the future and looking to establish himself solo following on from the  2009 release of Grace/Wastelands.

It’s unclear if he has new material to roadtest but after two years since the debut solo album you would imagine there is something in the pipes and he will be over to Ireland for three summer shows in Dublin, Derry and Belfast.

He will kick off the Irish dates in The Academy, Dublin on Friday 27th May and then onwards to The Nerve Centre, Derry and finally in Mandela Hall, Belfast on Sunday 29th of May.

Tickets for The Academy are €28 with tickets for Mandela Hall costing £21.00 available from Friday January 28th on Ticketmaster.ie
