Pale Waves have come a long way since their inception back in 2014, and with the release of the music video for their latest single “Kiss” you can truly see why the Mancunian Goth-Pop Hybrids have taken the UK and Ireland by Storm.

‘Kiss’ has been described by vocalist Heather Baron-Gracie as “not too dramatic, quite light-hearted, quite naive”. It has hints of The Cranberries and a dash of The Cure and makes for one of the sweetest songs of the summer with an easy on the ear sound and light riffs, it really is a song for those days when you need a boost, as Heather said “it will make you feel good” and she isn’t wrong.

With their upcoming Irish tour dates taking them from Belfast to Cork and more alongside the video for ‘Kiss’ now out, Pale Waves are one of the bands you should have on your playlists for the scorching summer days ahead.
