Slane 2010 is CANCELLED after lord henry mountcharles today revealed that they were unable to to get any headliners for the event this year.
He said he was sorry if it disappointed people, that it was a tough call but it was better than throwing together a half baked event just to hold the event.
He also said the campaigns on facebook for Kings of Leon and AC/DC had caught his eye and that he would try have both play slane in future years.
Next year is slanes 30th birthday and Lord Henry’s 60th so he’s hoping that 2011 will be a big year with the a return to slane and some top acts.
