Yes a recycling party. It appears that the ERP has just hit the magic One Million Tonnes of Electrical and Electronic Waste (Remember the WEEE campaign) and to celebrate they are showing a party.
The party will be on October 21st, It’s free entry with the only premise that you bring along a used household electrical item for recycling to gain entry. There will be spot prizes on the night too.
Joining Mr. Hudson at The Wright venue are friends of the plec Ham Sandwich and new wave punkers Dirty Epics, Alt-Rockers Royseven and Must be the music finalist and All Ireland Talent show contestant Daithi Ó Drónai will all be on the bill.
Personally I’ll be extremely interested to hear the new Ham Sandwich stuff live and see what kind of set Daithi puts together as the talent shows were really only a taster as to what he can do with some loops and a fiddle.
