Moncrieff has shared a video for his impassioned quarantine rumination In My Room. The London based Waterford man describes the track as “My quarantine anxiety over 4 chords.”

The track showcases Moncrieff aka Chris Breheny’s impressive higher register and his skill as an observational lyricist, capturing the overriding sense of collective helplessness on an individual and global level.

We will no doubt be faced with an onslaught of Covid themed songs in the years to come, but with In My Room, Moncrieff has set the bar and set it high.
