Leslie Dowdall & Mike Hanrahan set for Stag’s Head show.

Former Tua Nua singer Leslie Dowdall and and former Stockton’s Wing singer & guitarist Mike Hanrahan are the latest acts to take to the stage at the increasingly popular Stags Head Raw in Dublin.

Since leaving Tua Nua, Dowdall released a few solo albums and also won best female solo artist at the 1997 Heineken/HotPress music awards. Hanrahan has recently taken up a career in cookery but has still maintained his musical connections which led to him being named chairman of IMRO in the early noughties. The duo first performed together in 2007 after releasing single Learning to Let it Go.

The gig takes place at The Stag’s Head this Sunder the 7th of October. Admission is €10 and doors are at 8pm.
