Greg Tisdall has shared new track ‘it don’t make sense to me’. Produced by Tisdall and Daniel O’Brien (Love Hour, Operator Theater) the track leans on heavy guitar riffs and a steady electronic beat to construct a dreamy indie-shoegaze inspired soundscape. Tisdall leans on self-reflective lyrics in an attempt at reconciliation ‘Your mind is generous but mine’s stuck seeing mirrors everywhere’.

“I think this is my sort of roundabout way of doing a love song. I dwell a lot on feelings of isolation. The general idea that I am uniquely difficult to be around. I’m very sensitive, but not consistently. ‘It don’t make sense to me’ was written when I was feeling very appreciative of the loved ones who have to put up with me’, explains Tisdall.

Greg Tisdall plays The Racket Space on February 23rd, with a line-up including David ofmg, and he, the fool, lowkick and more. Tickets can be found here.
