Le Cheile Arts & Music Festival returns for it’s 18th consecutive year in 2015. This year they’re aiming even higher than before; With one of the 90’s and 2000’s mega bands ASH headlining on August 2nd, multi meteor award winner Damien Dempsey on Saturday August 1st, and Irelands current Number one artist (with their latest album, Stories from the Surface).. One of the most enthralling live acts in recent times Hamsandwich headlining on Friday July 31st.

Le Cheile is a venue based ! festival taking place all over the town of Oldcastle, Co Meath. The main stage is The Cinema Club Stage, a former Cinema now refurbished and redesigned to host large scale music events.

In addition to the main stage there will be four additional stages dotted around the town, some outdoors and some under cover from the traditional Irish summer weather.

In all there will be more than 50 acts playing across the 5 stages. On Sunday 2nd there will also be family entertainment in the form of theatre, street shows, a childrens entertainment venue … and the best bit is… the majority of events outside of the main stage are all FREE !
