The Stars from The Commitments who sold out The O2 in March for their 20th anniversary reunion gig have agreed to play two final gigs to wrap up the 20th anniversary celebrations.
This time it’s a more intimate gig with both gigs taking place in Dublin’s Olympia Theatre. The gigs will be on November 9th and 10th and tickets for the gig are priced at €50/€53/€55 inclusive of booking fee and go on sale Friday 6th May at 9.30am. Tickets can be obtained from Ticketmaster.ie and outlets nationwide.
This will probably be the last chance to catch Andrew Strong, Robert Arkins, Angeline Ball, Bronagh Gallagher, Michael Aherne, Glen Hansard, Felim Gormley, Dave Finnegan, Ken McCluskey and Dick Massey together for a long while if ever again. You can see our review of The O2 reunion gig HERE
