Well Arthurs Day has come and gone, GP had guys down at The Village and Vicar Street reviewing proceedings so expect those reviews to appear up soon.

I personally was down in Sinnots taking in the joys of Pilotlight, Fight Like Apes and a surprise guest who turned out to be the Manic Street Preachers playing a cutback acoustic type set featuring some new songs from the new album and some classics like ‘A Design For Life’, ‘You Stole The Sun From My Heart’, ‘If you Tolerate This’, ‘Faster’,  ‘It’s not war, just the end of love’ and more which elude me at the moment.

Brilliant craic, I’m going to try get a partial video of ‘If You Tolerate This’ up to YouTube but if you have an video’s from around Arthurs Day of huge artists in an intimate venue, link us up and we’ll add them to the article.
