Ahead of their debut album, Cavan band Ape Rising have released their new single The Model Prime. It’s math rock style guitars are embellished with video gaming influenced flourishes of synth that grow into a crescendo towards the end. It’s like a heavy duty All Tvvins that have been playing a hell of a lot of retro video games.
