Australia based Wicklow artist Bonnie Stewart AKA Bonniesongs is back with gritty new track ‘Olive Oil’ from her upcoming second album ‘Strangest Feeling’. The follow-up to 2019’s ‘Energetic Mind’ also features recent single ‘Bittersweet’.

“I almost gave up on this track” states Bonnie in a social media post celebrating the release of the track and credits her band for “pouring” their “oily hearts” into the song. “This song has had a lot of love over the years at shows, and because of that I kept it… So thank you for the pre Olive love”

Like Bittersweet before it Olive Oil should appeal to fan of acts such as Julia Jacklin, Francis of Delirium and Hana Vu. There’s no sign of any Irish dates on the horizon but hopefully we’ll see that rectified once the album arrives.
