Conor O’Brien and co wowed fans with their performance at All Together Now earlier this summer and subsequent single Fool, accompanied by the spectacular video directed by Bob Gallagher has raised expectations for the impending release of new album ‘The Art of Pretending to Swim’

Villagers will perform at Other Voices Ballina this September and headline Metropolis Festival on October 27th.  on a night of music curated by O’Brien.

Villagers will follow up these dates with a mini tour of Ireland this December with Dates in Belfast, Galway, Kilkenny and Limerick.

Villagers’ new album ‘The Art of Pretending to Swim ‘ Out September 21st and was written, produced, mixed and primarily performed by Conor O’Brien in his Dublin studio.
