Yes the title has it all. Vantastival 2012 has just gotten a little bit tastier with the announcement that Cathy Davey will take a break from serenading Whelans after her residency and will take to Vantastival on the main stage on Saturday 5th May.
God Is An Astronaut will in comparison close out the festival a day later on Sunday 6th May making for a powerful ending to the festival. The event takes place in Bellurgan Park, Bellurgan, Dundalk, Co.Louth on May 4th to 6th 2012. We can also tell you that joining the main lineup are The Henry Girls, The Bonny Men, Legion of Ape, Ka tet and DJ Shane Tobler.
Tickets for the festival cost €40 for day passes, €70 for an early bird weekend pass and €89 full price weekend pass. The bill already includes the likes of Ham Sandwich, The Original Rudeboys and Le Galaxie and the full lineup is at our Vantastival 2012 festival lineup page.
