Turisas and Devin Townsend Project for The Academy

Finnish folk metal band Turisas and Canadian musician a record producer Devin Townsend will be co-headlining a show in The Academy, Dublin.

‘Ghost’ is the thirteenth studio album by Devin Townsend and the final of four planning in the Devin Townsend Project series while folk metal rockers Turisas most recent release is ‘Stand Up & Fight’. The band are known most for playing their solos on electric violin as opposed to a traditional guitar solo.

They play Belfast in Spring and Airbrake on November 7th and tickets for that show are £19 and then they will roll down to Dublin for a date in The Academy on Tuesday 8th November. Tickets for that one are €23 inclusive of booking fee, it’s an over 18’s show only and doors are at 8pm.
