Got plans for New Years Eve, scrap them, you have new plans. The Workmans Club have pieced together some cracking Irish acts to blow your mind as you ring in the new year.
It’s the right time to get your New Years plans sorted and what better way than to close it out in one of Dublins newest and much loved venues The Workmans Club. Right now there are four very good reasons to spend in on Wellington Quay. Those four reasons are Le Galaxie, Funeral Suits, Tieranniesaur and Last Day of 1984 and there will be even more.
Tickets are only €10 and are available from Ticketmaster.ie and snap em up soon so you don’t miss out because you can be sure this will be sold out sooner rather than later.
Oh and being the sound people that The Workmans team are, the gig is €10 in downstairs but upstairs will have the usual craic DJ spinning tracks allowing you to ring in the new year without having to fork over funds purely to be in a venue.. That’s free in all night and there will be a mixed bag of Ska, Punk, Reggae, Northern Soul, House, Indie and lashings of your favourite guilty pleasures! If it’s full then that’s the only reason you won’t get in so get there early.
