Returning to us after headlining the Cosby Stage on the Saturday of Electric Picnic 2011, The Walkmen ride again with a trip back to Ireland to promote their latest offering.
The New York quintet have a brand new album which is called ‘Heaven’, which is quite an ascertainment :), and it will be released on Bella Union on June 4th 2012. This is the bands seventh album. The Walkmen will play at Vicar Street on October 29th 2012.
Tickets are €26 inclusive of booking fee and tickets go on sale Friday 11th May. Tickets are available from Ticketmaster.ie and outlets nationwide.
Support on the night will come from Wild Nothing who recently their acclaimed second album ‘Nocturne’ on Captured Tracks.
