Dublin’s newest music venue, The Underground celebrates its grand opening this Thursday, following a trial run of the venue during last weekend’s Hard Working Class Heroes festival.

The Underground is the latest venture from barber turned music promoter Dave Judge aka Abner Browns.  The Dame St. venue located underneath Peadar Kearney’s hopes to revive the spirit of the 1980s Dublin venue of the same name, which was a favourite haunt for Irish musicians of the day.

The venue will open with a series of free events this Thurs-Sun, doors 7pm. The Underground is a 120 capacity venue, arrive early to avoid disappointment.
