Success breeds success, never a more true word spoken. The movie once won an Oscar, which was an incredible achievement for Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova. The movie was then transformed into a musical, it has taken America by storm and low and behold, the Tony Awards were held this week and The Swell season swept the board with 8 wins. Absolutely incredible.

To celebrate this success, the Artists Den will be reissuing their The Swell Season: Live from the Artists Den DVD, the first and only full concert film featuring the original songwriters performing the music from the musical Once. The DVD features 14 songs performed at the Good Shepherd Centre Chapel in Seattle.
