The Stunning have returned with first new single in 8 years ‘Stand Up In This Wicked World’ which sees the Galway band led by brothers Joe and Steve Wall delivering a powerful protest song against Israel’s barbaric genocide of Palestine.

“The song is a rallying call to remind people that we cannot grow accustomed to these atrocities and there must be accountability for Israel and America’s crimes against humanity,” reads a statement from The Stunning. “The oppression of the Palestinian people by a recognised apartheid state and the ongoing settler attacks and theft of land in the West Bank must end. The world must demand justice for the Palestinian people.”

All proceeds from the song will be donated to Medecins Sans Frontieres Gaza.

The song was produced and recorded by Joe & Steve Wall and mixed by Ruadhri Cushnan (Mumford & Sons, Hozier, Ed Sheeran) The Stunning are on tour around Ireland from mid November onwards, including 2 nights in Dublin’s 3Olympia Theatre, Dolan’s Warehouse, Limerick and Cyprus Avenue, Cork.
