Formed by former members of Dire Straits due to a demand to hear the bands much loved catalogue of amazing tunes The Straits includes three original member and some added session players to perform a sensational Dire Straits live experience.
The three former members are Alan Clark who was their first keyboard player, Phil Palmer who played guitar on the “On Every Street” tour and Chris White who played two world tours with them on Saxophone. The Session players include Steve Ferrone, Terence Reis, Mick Feat and Jamie Squire who all have played with massive international acts.
They will play The Olympia Theatre on 19th October 2011 with tickets for the gig costing €29.50 inclusive of booking fee. Tickets go on sale on Friday 1st July at 9am.
