After the success of The Scratch’s livestream to celebrate St Patrick’s Day, you don’t want to miss this one – and it’s all for a great cause to make things even better.

The band’s debut full-length album ‘Couldn’t Give A Rats’ was originally supposed to be released this week. Plans were obviously disrupted, as they were for so many artists, and the album was put on streaming platforms early. This week, the physical vinyls were released which saw the album re-enter the charts.

The album officially reached #2 in the Independent Irish Album Charts this week and also got an honorable mention from the official charts, ”The Scratch clinch the biggest weekly vinyl sales tally of 2020 so far, following the release of the band’s debut album ‘Couldn’t Give A Rats’ on wax. The album – which first entered the charts at Number 41 in April based on downloads and streams only – reaches a new peak this week of Number 9.”
