The National have released details about their seventh studio album. ‘Sleep Well Beast’ is set for release on September 8th via 4AD Records.

The 13 track album features the new single The System Only Dreams in Total Darkness, which the group have shared today.

The National have also anounced a world tour in support of ‘Sleep Well Beast’ including 3 dates in Ireland in this September.

The National will play Cork Opera House on  September 16th followed by two nights in Dublin’s Vicat Street on september 17-18th.

Ticket pre-orders begins Monday, May 15th with public on-sale beginning Friday, May 19th from usual outlets.
