Fresh from winning Best Rock/Alternative Act at this year’s BRIT Awards, The 1975 have announced Irish headline shows this summer in Dublin’s St. Anne’s Park and Cork’s Musgrave Park. Matt Healy and Co recently sold out Finsbury Park in London with a stacked line-up that included Cigarettes After Sex, Bleacher, The Japanese House and American Football.

There’s no word on support for the Irish dates this June as yet but you can be sure that it will be of similar quality.  The 1975’s recent ‘At Their Very Best’ tour, including sold out dates at Dublin’s 3Arena, Belfast’s SSE Arena and London’s O2 Arena, received critical acclaim.

2022’s ‘Being Funny In A Foreign Language’ was their fifth consecutive No.1 album featured contributions from Warren Ellis and Japanese Breakfast.

The 1975 live at Dublin’s St. Anne’s Park on 7 June and Cork’s Musgrave Park on 13 June. Tickets from €49.90 (including booking fee) go on sale this Friday 24th February at 9am from ticketmaster.ie.
