A brand new initiative by the guys over at Tennent’s Lager will be searching for the hottest talent in Northern Ireland and hoping to give them a great platform for the future with a slot at their festival.
It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity for a band to get to play alongside some of the biggest names in world music whom will be booked to play at this years festival. We are told that 16 acts will be chosen to play in front of audiences at a series of live showcases through May. The winning bands will each play Tennent Vital 2012.
To enter Tennent’s UnTapped, unsigned musicians aged 18 and over, residing in Northern Ireland and making original music are invited to submit their tracks via tennentsvital.com/untapped by Friday 9th March. Entries will be whittled down by a jury of senior music industry figures including representatives from Tennent’s UnTapped promoter partner MCD, music critics, record label reps and more.
