Irelands flag bearer for Best New European Festival have today annoucned that Andy McKee, Mike Joyce (The Smiths)DJ Set, Bipolar Empire, Nikki Hayes DJ Set, Roisin O, Hamlet Sweeney, The Minute, Colin Scallan, Souls, David Burke and My Bad Self are ALL joining the lineup for the Sligo festival.
They join the likes of Something Happens, Andrew Strong, The Walls, Interference, Glen Brady, Arveene & Misk, Kerbdog, Miracle Bell, Heathers and much more in a jam packed lineup. They will all be appearing at Sligo’s boutique festival which takes place in the stunning grounds of Temple House near Ballymote from 10th-12th June 2011.
Andy McKee is one of the finest acoustic soloists around, Mike Joyce the drummer with the Smiths has been DJing all over the world, Bipolar Empire have returned to form with their new single ‘Feel That YOu Own It This Friday’ which is out Friday 1st April.
