Singer Songwriter Suzanne Vega has confirmed she will be returning to Europe in the autumn and that will include trips down to Dublin then up to Belfast. To date she has been performing 25 years and sold over 7 million albums!
She is aiming to release a series of 4 thematic album over the course of 2010 and 2011 where she reinterprets her entire catelogue in acoustic, intimate and personal stylings. The first one – Suzanne Vega Close-Up, Vol 1 Love Songs – is out and Volume 2, People and Places is released on October 4th 2010.
Dublin’s Vicar Street will host to the legendary singer on Friday 22nd of October and then Belfasts Empire Music Hall on Saturday 23rd October. Tickets cost €33.60 / £27.50
