Spotify today made a double header announcement, firstly they have managed to secure Led Zeppelin’s back catalog for Spotify users starting today and adding two albums each day till Sunday when they add the final 5.
Added to that list of additions, they also announced they would be making Android and iOS apps on mobile and tablet FREE to use for all their users. This means you can listen to music through spotify via the same ad supported model that they use on the desktop. Of course if you want the ads to go away you can just subscribe to one of their plans.
