The date for the Global SoundCloud Meetup has been set and it is to be February 9, 2011.
There will be meetups globally including the likes of Santiago, Tokyo, Auckland, Vancouver and for the first time Dublin. They are putting the call out for creative and like minded users of SoundCloud to record, create and produce something locally and share it globally with the community from a club-stomping track, a podcast, field recordings from that night, some sound effects or interview of other SoundClouders about their SoundCloud experience.
It will be at The Bernard Shaw in the Big Blue Bus! As such you will be creating music/sounds on a double decker bus. not a bad setting for creativity.
Any type of SoundClouders are welcome, from the sound and music makers, magazines, radio, listeners
